Went fishing in mid July on the Zambezi River to catch the infamous
Tigerfish(Hydrocynus forskalii). Success due to good guides and a bit of luck. The teeth on the fish are quite a sight. The Zambezi itself is worth the visit alone, wildlife – Hippos and crocodiles being the most prevalent. The information center in Katima Mulilo, Namibia is a wealth of information and direction, plus they have coffee and post cards.
